Some people experience patterns that don’t stabilise — even when they improve temporarily. And does not fit neatly into any one category. They may react strongly to:
Sensitivity (light, noise, food, substances).
Emotional / cognitive (overload, rumination, motivational issues).
Physical (fatigue, recovery issues).
Environmental factors (physical or artificial).
Others may feel inconsistent: improving for a while, then falling back again without a clear reason.
From the SRM perspective, these patterns may reflect problems in rhythmic coordination — how the system responds, settles, and maintains stability over time.
This framework does not diagnose or replace existing care. It provides a way to observe recurring patterns of instability and recovery.
Most people never track this properly. They notice symptoms —but not:
how it starts.
what amplifies it.
what actually settles it.
If you record a few entries, patterns start to emerge. Not instantly — but clearly over time.
